Members of Freshfield Mark Lodge and their guests |
|
| Paul Barton and Carl Povey have progressed in Masonry together, to my knowledge as doubles. Long may that continue! |
|
| The Lodge was opened at 6 pm and usual business conducted. | |
| The W.M., W.Bro. Colin Mills, then invited Mark Barton to occupy the chair for the upcoming ceremony, an honour too good to turn down. | |

Grand Lodge Officers, THE W.M. and Special Representatives |
|
| With the usual skill and ability, Mark proceeded as you would expect from a Past Warden of the Province. | |
| The Brethren were admitted separately for the “middle” section of the ceremony, this allowed Paul to enjoy his friends work. | |
| W. Bro. Roy Hedges, then presented the Brothers with welcome letters from our R.W.P.G.M, and inviting them both to P.G.L. in April. | |
| The Lodge closed at 7.45, after the pre requisite photos. | |
| The festive board was its usual rowdy format. Each toast and wine taking interspersed with the firing of numerous glasses. Followed by port. | |
| We all left happy, but with a headache. | |
